I've been in Canada for almost 20 years. I studied Business Administration in Newfoundland and Labrador, then I moved to Ontario to complete a Certificate in Human Resources Management and a year ago I achieved my CHRP Designation and I am learning French. I am also a Certified Fitness Instructor.I have worked in various industries such as Postal Services, Retail, Fitness and Wellness and Financial/Banking Services. I'd like to help newcomers in the same way that I was supported when I moved here. I can provide guidance to those in need of information about life in Canada such as public transportation (specially Newfoundland and Ontario), housing, education, employment resources, resume writing, interview preparation, sources of specific information ( government programs to acquire and upgrade skills, how to find a family doctor, driver license, ID requests etc), English practice or any other aspect of integrating and living as a contributing member of the Canadian society .
